Listed #22 in Deloitte 2015 Technology Fast 500 EMEA rankings

Greenclouds has been listed 22nd in the Deloitte’ 2015 Technology Fast500 EMEA. The Dutch cloud company is one of the frontrunners in Deloitte Global’s Technology Fast 500TM rankings for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), which is now in its 15th year.

Greenclouds has been ranked 3rd in the Deloitte Technology Fast50. The Deloitte Technology Fast50 is an annual election of the fifty fastest growing technology companies in the Netherlands.


Greenclouds named a “Cool Vendor” by Gartner

Greenclouds has been named a “Cool Vendor” based on the April 20th, 2015 report titled, “Cool Vendors in European Cloud Computing Market 2015”. The report evaluated interestingm new and innovative vendors, products and services in the European Cloud Computing market.


Listed for Tech Tour Benelux 2015

Tech Tour Benelux has listed Greenclouds as one of the most emerging technology companies in the Benelux. The Benelux Tech Tour is the first regional Tech Tour event to incorporate the selection of Emerging companies. This provides a significant opportonity for the regions companies to gain visibility among the investment community and of course acces to a potential pool of seed capital – bringing them together with leading European Venture Capital firms that are seeking to invest in the region.

CIO Story has listed Greenclouds as one of the Top 20 Most Powerful Cloud Company. CIO Story is a Technology Magazine that talks about the innovative enterprise solutions developed by the upcoming vendors for the enterprises. It listed Greenclouds as Top 20 Most Powerful Cloud Company and published this Top 20 in a special edition of its magazine in December 2014.

Finalist of EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2014 Award

The Entrepreneur Of The Year Program honours entrepreneurs in more than 50 countries every year. The program has honoured the inspirational leadership of such entrepreneurs as Jeff Bezos of, Michael Dell of Dell Inc., Larry Page and Sergey Brin of Google. The entrepreneurs are selected based on their revenue and growth rate with their successful company by an independent jury, including previous winners, captains of industry, and representatives from the Ministry of Economics Affairs, NVP and VNO-NCW.

The 19th annual The Entrepreneur Of The Year is the most prestigious award worldwide for successful entrepreneurs. The EY Entrepreneur Of The Year awards is handed out in around fifty countries annually. The award is meant to encourage successful entrepreneurship and make it visible, and for the nominees to inspire and motivate with their vision, passion, conviction and excellent leadership.


Finalist EuroCloud Awards as “Best Cloud Product”

Greenclouds has been selected as finalist for the EuroCloud Awards 2014. This award, an initiative of EuroCloud, will be given to the company to award the best cloud product. An independent jury has selected Greenclouds as one of the 3 finalists based upon their innovation, complexity and impact.

EuroCloud is an independent non-profit organization and consists of a two-tier setup where European countries can apply to participate. 30 countries have a EuroCloud presence and in 21 European countries a local EuroCloud association is formally established.EuroCloud strives to create awareness of cloud computing and position the interests of the cloud industry within existing information technology associations, and to build a pan-European contact and knowledge sharing network for companies, and a strong relationship with European authorities.

International domain experts have short listed Greenclouds for the TiE Silicon Valley’s premier annual awards program. The TiE50 Awards Program is recognizing the top technology startups and provides a platform for mentoring, networking and education for technology entrepreneurs worldwide.

Listed as one of Europe’s Fastest Growing Tech Companies

Greenclouds has been listed on Europe’s Fastest Growing Tech Companies: The European Tech5, the list of the fastest growing young European tech companies. The Tech5 lists are based on actual revenue, traffic and employee data and shows the growth rate between 2011 and 2013. The main entry criteria for the Tech5 was that they must’ve launched in 2009 or later, and build its own (scalable) product or service driven by technology. The Tech5 is an initiative of Adyen and the Next Web.


Finalist CIO Magazine Award As “Most Innovative Vendor”

Greenclouds has been selected as finalist for TIMMIE Awards 2014. This award, an initiative of CIO Magazine and ICT Media, will be given to the company to award and stimulate their business success and leading innovation. An independent jury has selected Greenclouds as one of the 3 finalists for “The Most Innovative Vendor”.

The TIMMIES are an initiative by ICT Media and CIO Magazine to award and stimulate innovative projects of companies within the IT industry. The CIO Dinershow is an annual event for CIO’s and IT managers.

Greenclouds has been runner up for the GP Bullhound Ones to Watch Awards 2013, one of the award categories. The award given to the company that is most likely to demonstrate exceptional potential because of it’s technology, business model and or management team.

GP Bullhound hosts the GP Bullhound Connect 2013, the 5th annual event featuring the most exciting, innovative and fastest growing efficiency technology companies in Europe. The event has become the preferred annual gathering for CEOs and Founders of the most exciting companies to network.


Wired lists Greenclouds as one of Europe’s Hottest Startups

Wired’s editors listed the 100 companies causing the greatest buzz in Europe. According to Wired UK Magazine, Greenclouds is one of the hottest startups in Europe. Wired’s editors have visited Europe’s startups to identify the hottest tech cities and startups on the continent. They listed the 100 companies, including Greenclouds, causing the greatest buzz in its November issues of Wired UK Magazine.

Wired UK Magazine, a full-colour monthly magazine, reports primarily on the effects of science and technology. It covers a broad range of topics including design, architecture, culture, the economy, politics and philosophy. Owned by Condé Nast Publications, it is published in London and is an offshoot of the original American Wired.


Finalist for EY Sustainable Hero Award 2013

Greenclouds has been selected by EY as one of the 5 finalist for the Sustainable Hero Award 2013. An independent jury, including Jan Peter Balkenende, former Dutch Prime Minister, has nominated Greenclouds based on its sustainable business model and global growth potential. The Sustainable Hero 2013 will be hand out during an award show at EY in Rotterdam on October 10th 2013.


Finalist for the Deloitte Technology Fast50 Rising Star Award 2013

Greenclouds has been nominated for the Rising Star Award 2013, part of the Deloitte Fast50 elections. The Rising Star category is specific for young, fast-growing and disruptive technology companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. An independent jury of the Deloitte Technology Fast50 has selected Greenclouds as one of the 10 finalists based upon their technological innovation, growth potential and scalability.

The Deloitte Technology Fast50 is a program that recognises and profiles Dutch technology companies, public or private, that have achieved the fastest rates of annual revenue growth. The Rising Star category addresses young technology companies based on percentage revenue growth over the last three years, growth potential and scalability. The Dutch program is part of the global Deloitte Technology Fast500 program run in parallel with the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Norway, Sweden, Australia, Germany, Central Europe, Israel, South Africa, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.


Chosen as a 2013 Red Herring Top 100 Europe

Red Herring has announced its Top 100 award winners, recognizing Europe’s leading private companies and celebrating these startups’ innovations and technologies across their respective industries. Red Herring’s Top 100 Europe list has become a mark of distinction for identifying promising new companies and entrepreneurs.


Awarded as world’s most innovating and sustainable emerging IT company at CeBIT 2013

Greenclouds as the winner of the CODE_n Award for “Emerging company”. In this category, Greenclouds took the first place, and received prize money amounting to €15,000. Greenclouds came out on top among 250 participating companies from 35 countries – all young companies that had submitted digital business solutions related to the transition to alternative energy sources.


Finalist Accenture Innovation Awards 2012

Greenclouds is one of the most sustainable and innovative companies in the Netherlands according to the jury of the Accenture Innovation Awards.

For this prestigious recognition, the main jury selected Greenclouds from 360 submissions. As criteria, the jury used the impact on sustainability, innovation and ongoing growth potential. Greenclouds received this recognition during the Accenture Innovation Event.
